How to Prepare for Your Permanent Makeup Procedure:

Pre-Procedure Form

To ensure your safety, please refrain from booking an appointment if any of the following conditions apply to you:

Pregnant or Nursing
Used Accutane in the past year
Received Botox within 3 weeks of your scheduled appointment
Suffering from the following skin conditions: eczema, rash, sunburn, shingles, or psoriasis near the treated area
Undergoing Chemo
Uncontrolled Diabetes
Heart problems
Active Viral infections

Friendly Appointment Reminders!

Photo ID and Medical History (IMPORTANT):

You Must Bring a valid ID and inform your technician of any changes in your medical history or medications.

Lip Procedures:

Clients are kindly encouraged to bring their preferred lipstick, lip liners, or any other lip cosmetics to their appointments. This will assist us in achieving the closest possible match to your desired lip color.

Eyebrow/ Eyeliner Procedures:

Clients are kindly encouraged to bring photos of their desired look, especially for eyebrow or eyeliner services, to help the technician understand their preferences.

Hydration:

Stay well-hydrated in the days leading up to your appointment, as this can help with the healing process.

Makeup Removal:

On the day of your appointment, come to the studio with a clean face, free from makeup or creams. If you wear contacts, remove them before the procedure.

Pre-Appointment Skincare:

Avoid the use of retinol, glycolic acid, and other exfoliating skincare products around the treated area at least one week prior to the appointment to prevent skin sensitivity.

Clothing:

Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being treated.

Consultation Questions:

Prepare any questions or concerns you may have and discuss them with your technician during your consultation.

Appointment Security Deposit

Upon booking, we charge an appointment security deposit, which is 25% of the total procedure cost, and it's applied to your upcoming appointment. If you're more than 20 minutes late or if you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours notice, the initial security deposit won't be refunded. To reschedule canceled or missed appointments, a new deposit is required at that time.

Cancellation Policy

At PermaGlam, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We value your time and ours and kindly request your cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy.

Appointment Cancellation/ Rescheduling:

To make changes to your appointment or reschedule, kindly reach out to us with a minimum notice of 72 hours. If a client arrives more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, the appointment will be automatically canceled, and your appointment security deposit will not be reimbursed. However, you have the option to reschedule canceled or missed appointments, but please note that a new appointment security deposit will be necessary at the time of rebooking.

No Refunds Policy

Refunds are not applicable for procedures. While nonrefundable and nontransferable, the appointment security deposit serves as a credit toward your scheduled procedure. Should you cancel your appointment or arrive later than 20 minutes, the deposit will be retained and not refunded.

Late Policy

For clients arriving more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled procedure, their appointment will be canceled, and the appointment security deposit will be retained.

We do not share personal client information with third parties.
